This role supports a defined territory in Southern California, focusing on relationship-driven, project-based growth.
The RoleThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships, supporting project opportunities, and helping drive long-term growth across the territory. This position operates in a project-driven environment and partners closely with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Experience in business development, sales, or technical roles tied to water or civil infrastructure

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently
