Business Development Manager

An established organization supporting water infrastructure projects is expanding its presence in Southern California. The business works closely with public agencies, engineers, and contractors on long-cycle infrastructure initiatives.

This role supports a defined territory in Southern California, focusing on relationship-driven, project-based growth.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships, supporting project opportunities, and helping drive long-term growth across the territory. This position operates in a project-driven environment and partners closely with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Relationship development with municipalities, engineers, and contractors
• Early engagement on infrastructure projects
• Supporting opportunities through bid, and award phases
• Territory and pipeline management
• Client meetings, presentations, and industry engagement

• Experience in business development, sales, or technical roles tied to water or civil infrastructure
• Comfortable working in project-based, long-cycle environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a territory independently
