We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker in our clients homes based in Rhyl
.

• 3 x Day shifts a week (monday, wednesday and fridays)11.00am
  -16:00pm15 hours a week

This role is to support our male client in his own home and out in the community.
No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

• Full specialist training
  , shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
