This role focuses on developing new customer relationships while also maintaining and growing an existing book of business. The ideal candidate is self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and develop new customer accounts
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Represent Tuckahoe Turf professionally in the field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of reliability and motivation
- Sales experience preferred (industry experience a plus)
- Professional, personable, and goal-oriented mindset
