The position is based in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs, providing tailored consultations, developing insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing policy renewals. Additional responsibilities include supporting clients with claims and delivering exemplary customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Property Casualty Insurance
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Experience in the insurance industry and applicable certifications/licenses required
• Proficiency with relevant tools and technology in the insurance and finance sectors
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
