We are assisting a premium food manufacturer to help them identify a talented and experienced Director of Information Technology
. This organization brings together respected brands with a strong reputation for quality with production across multiple sites.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful hire will play an integral role in building the technology foundation to support the next phase of growth as the company enters a phase of rebuilding and scaling focused on operational discipline, system integration, and execution.
Why This Role MattersThis is a hands-on IT leadership opportunity for someone who understands manufacturing and prefers building practical systems over chasing buzzwords. The mandate is to modernize core technology, integrate sites, and reposition IT as a service function that supports Sales and Operations.
What You’ll Lead- Lead and develop a multi-site IT organization
- Own core systems and integration across facilities
- Drive ERP and planning system execution
- Replace manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with scalable solutions
- Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance
- Senior IT leadership experience in manufacturing environments
- Direct involvement in ERP implementations and system integration
- Comfort working on site and engaging with end users
- Practical, execution focused leadership style
This role offers hybrid flexibility with the expectation of strong on-site presence and regular travel between multiple sites. This is an engaged leadership role for someone who wants to be close to the operation and make a visible impact.
