Financial Planning Associate (Paraplanner Track) – Bilingual Preferred

North Kingstown, RI | In-Office | 30 hours to Full-Time

Financial Planning, Asset Mgmt, Tax Mgmt, Protection Planning and Legacy Planning.

We are hiring a Financial Planning Associate with a clear, structured path into a Paraplanner role
. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in financial planning by first mastering operations, systems, and client experience.

• Manage client onboarding and service workflows
• Become a power user of our CRM, planning software, and custodian platforms
• Communicate with clients clearly, warmly, and professionally
• Support advisors with meeting prep, notes, and follow‑up
• Learn the foundations of retirement, tax‑aware, and holistic planning

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable learning systems and technology
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Curious about financial planning as a profession
• Takes ownership and pride in accuracy
• Spanish Language Skills (Preferred) – Spanish proficiency (spoken and written) is strongly preferred and valued as a professional asset. Spanish skills enhance the role but do not replace the core responsibilities or career path into paraplanning.

Salary to increase once series 65 and Certified Fiduciary designation obtained
