Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
General Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate information regarding products and services, processing incoming orders, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and internal employees via phone, email, and in person regarding:
- Product and service inquiries
- Order placement and updates
- Shipping dates and delays
- Complaints or issue resolution
- Receive and process incoming orders via email, phone, fax, or other electronic methods
- Accurately and timely enter orders, return authorizations, change notes, and other relevant information into the system in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and actions taken
- Answer incoming phone lines and direct calls appropriately
- Fill in as Switchboard Operator when requested by a supervisor
- Perform additional clerical, administrative, and office duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
- The company does not provide visa sponsorship
