We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join a leading specialty food manufacturer. This role focuses on sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of premium ingredients and products, ensuring high-quality standards while supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation andhandlungen & supplier relationship management.
Job Responsibilities- Analyze purchasing needs and requirements across the organization.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for quality and reliability.
- Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Manage purchasing contracts and agreements.
- Generate accurate purchase orders and track order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance.
- Maintain strong, productive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and stay informed about industry developments.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide timely reporting on purchasing activities and performance metrics.
- Resolve issues جهت orders, deliveries, or invoices.
- Continuously optimize procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles preferred.
- Experience with inventory management, vendor relations, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency with purchasing and inventory management software (Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
