Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join a leading specialty food manufacturer. This role focuses on sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of premium ingredients and products, ensuring high-quality standards while supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation andhandlungen & supplier relationship management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze purchasing needs and requirements across the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for quality and reliability.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage purchasing contracts and agreements.
  • Generate accurate purchase orders and track order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance.
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide timely reporting on purchasing activities and performance metrics.
  • Resolve issues جهت orders, deliveries, or invoices.
  • Continuously optimize procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management, vendor relations, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency with purchasing and inventory management software (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
