We are seeking an End Dump Driver for County Materials in Merrill, WI.

Competitive hourly pay. Drive a Quad‑Axle Dump Truck hauling both intercompany and to‑work‑site cargo daily. Home every night.

• Demonstrate customer service while interfacing with clients.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance, keeping the truck clean and in good operating condition.
• Conduct pre‑trip, post‑trip, and in‑route inspections of all equipment, including securement devices.
• Confirm cargo and delivery destination; ensure all delivery tickets are signed and returned to the plant.
• Ensure accurate placement of cargo and transport product while complying with DOT regulations and route planning.
• Perform duties consistent with all safety policies, including proper PPE use.
• Unload transported material using approved methods.
• Communicate consistently with dispatcher.
• Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work near moving machinery and equipment.
• Work alongside moving traffic on roads.

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, and perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing, squatting, crouching, kneeling, bending.
• Pushing, pulling, and reaching above shoulder.

• Must hold a valid Class B or A CDL prior to hire.
• Maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of prior driving experience required.
• Ability to perform well in a "Team" environment.
• Self‑motivator and flexible to accommodate the client’s needs.
• Prior end loader experience is a plus, not required; training will be provided.
