Today we have over 240 stores in more than 20 Midwest states from Maryland to Nebraska. We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills, and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service.

Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store. Leading and training staff to provide exceptional customer service. Store opening and closing responsibilities. Driving sales through customer service and report analysis.

Must have 5 years of retail management experience. Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Enthusiasm and initiative are key. Ability to provide high‑level service, train and motivate staff, and build a positive work environment. Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics). Availability to work any hours the store is open.
