• 12 hour variables
• Weekend/Holiday:
  Every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Float:
  To alike units within skillset. Float to other Aspirus locations within 40 mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River). Floating can and will be pre‑scheduled if needed.
• On Call/Call Back:
  Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours.

• Required Certs: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Minimum experience:
  
  2+ years ICU experience. Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred. Pediatric patients typically occasional pediatric surgical patients (may be ENT or ortho cases).
• Charting experience: EPIC. No charting experience required.
• Unit Information: 1:2 patient ratio.
• Scrub Color: any.
