Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

• Maintain 1:2 patient ratio in the Critical Care Unit

• Float to alike units within skillset and other locations within 40-mile radius including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River

• Subject to low census and on-call status with 2-hour minimum call back

• 13-week contract length with 36 hours of low census unbillable hours eligible

• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required

• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred

• Occasional pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS

• EPIC charting system experience preferred but not required

• Any scrub color acceptable

• Clinical interview and MSP interview required

• Must comply with facility vaccination policy including mandatory mask wearing if declining flu and COVID vaccination during flu season

• Associate degree or certificate required
