Overnight Baker

Since 1959, we have built a reputation for quality, and as an Overnight Baker, you will play a key role in ensuring that our fresh bread, pastries, and specialty items are ready for customers first thing in the morning.

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, and other pastries
• Ensure all recipes are followed accurately to maintain consistency and quality in our products
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal baking results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in managing inventory of baking supplies and notify management when stock needs to be replenished
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals efficiently during the overnight shift

• Previous experience in a baking or food preparation role is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train!
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively during overnight hours
• Attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other staff members
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
