Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2556.00

• Work 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• 1:2 patient ratio
• Contract length of 13 weeks
• Float to akin units within skillset and other locations within 40-mile radius including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River
• Floating can be pre-scheduled if needed
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Required certifications:
  Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required
• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred
• May occasionally care for pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)
• EPIC charting system used (no prior EPIC experience required)
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination per facility policy
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Clinical interview required
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from
