Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with 1:2 patient ratio

• Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday

• Float to similar units within skillset and to other locations within 40-mile radius including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River

• Subject to being placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum callback

• GSA of 48 hours with overtime after 48 hours worked

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS

• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required

• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred

• Experience with occasional pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)

• EPIC charting system used (no prior experience required)

• Any scrub color acceptable

• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility

• During flu season, unvaccinated staff required to wear masks at all times

• 13-week contract length starting ASAP

• Clinical interview required
