Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation required

• Maintain 1:2 patient ratio in critical care unit

• 2+ years ICU experience required, with prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred

• Float to alike units within skillset and to other locations within 40-mile radius including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River

• Floating can be pre-scheduled when needed

• Subject to low census and on-call status with 2-hour minimum call back

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS

• EPIC charting system used (no prior EPIC experience required)

• Occasionally care for pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)

• Any scrub color acceptable

• During flu season, unvaccinated staff required to wear masks at all times per facility policy

• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility

• Clinical interview and MSP interview required

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
