Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice Otolaryngology in the applicable state
• Proven proficiency in managing general ENT conditions and performing core procedures ("bread and butter" ENT techniques)
• Ability to see clinic patients independently, manage surgical cases, and coordinate with audiologists
• Excellent communication skills and patient rapport building
• Adaptability to perform multiple procedures both in clinic and surgical settings
• Competency in handling 1-3 call days per month (total of 10 days)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced ENT procedures and minimally invasive techniques
• Prior experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations
• Certification in advanced airway management or related specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or eligible in Otolaryngology
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ENT practice preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday with scheduled surgery days on Tuesday and Friday
• Willingness to participate in call coverage as specified (1-3 days/month)
• Capable of handling procedures utilizing clinic capabilities, with access to audiology support
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to perform a variety of ENT procedures
