Required License & Certifications

Active Wisconsin License OR IMLC - Required
Board Certified - Required
BLS - Required
Fellowship training - Preferred

Monday: 8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m.

Requirements & Capabilities

Must be able to perform all standard "bread-and-butter" ENT procedures
Two audiologists in clinic
Some ENT procedures can be performed in clinic
Full-time clinic/OR coverage needed starting ASAP
