Service Roofing Foreman

Centi Mark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry with over 56 years of construction experience is looking for Roofing Service Foremen for the Reynoldsburg, OH market.Job Summary: Foreman will be responsible for a 2 person service crew. Candidates should be able to lead and train helpers with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and management.

They will be responsible for paperwork, timesheets, mobile applications and ensuring that Centi Mark Safety policies are followed. The Foreman should be able to take their Service Helper and make extensive repairs with hours provided and in a safe and orderly manner.

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years general roofing experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders of 25 ft +
• Valid State drivers’ license (in good standing) is required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles
