Base pay range: $15.00/hr to $28.00/hr

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be provided at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet, thank, and assist customers, process returns and refunds, and handle financial transactions. The role requires standing for extended periods and maintaining a professional, positive attitude.
