Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high‑quality products are stored and ready for members.
• Maintaining clean, sanitized aisles with proper temperature control and expiration checks.
• Packing ready‑to‑sell products in appropriate containers and displays.
• Performing regular safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Handling claims, returns, pricing, and inventory audits in the freezer, cooler, and deli area.
• Providing member service by locating merchandise, assisting with purchase decisions, and resolving concerns.
• Maintaining food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, and monitoring coolers for proper operation.

• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed timeframe.

• Experience in a freezer, cooler, or deli stocking environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment (if available).
