Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness for customers. Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
