** Essential duties and responsibilities
** The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruitment efforts across our car wash locations, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent—while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms
* Use sourcing tools (Linked In, job boards, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and engage top talent
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
* Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate the hiring process
* Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
* Attend and support virtual and in-person hiring events (weekend availability, typically Saturdays, required)
* Promote Express Wash Concepts to passive job seekers and represent our brand positively
** Open Interviews & Hiring Events:
*** Plan, coordinate, and host weekly open interviews at designated locations, ensuring they are well-organized, advertised, and staffed.
* Partner with Regional Directors and site managers to identify high-need locations and schedule hiring events accordingly.
* Promote events through social media, local job boards, flyers, and community partnerships.
* Manage candidate flow during events — greeting attendees, conducting on-the-spot interviews, and extending offers when appropriate.
* Ensure all hiring event materials (yard signs, flyers, banners, tablets, application stations) are prepared and delivered on time.
* Track attendance, conversion rates, and hiring metrics from events to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
** Job Requirements
*** 2–3 years of experience in recruiting or related field/education
* Knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable hiring laws
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems and tools
* Willingness to travel occasionally to car wash locations or regional events
