Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting portfolio strategy and prioritization process. This includes budgeting, reporting, and analysis related to the Technology Capital Project Investment Portfolio. This associate will leverage functional expertise to provide operational leaders insights and identify risks/opportunities to their business. The position is expected to streamline and maintain portfolio tracking and controls through discipline and continuous improvement, collaborate with a diverse group of partners for financial and business case support, and develop presentation materials for business partners and executive leadership.

Your impact:

• Perform business, financial, and operational analysis to help influence management decision-making
• Cross functionally collaborates to develop, review and/or analyze financial and non-financial business cases related to technology capital investment projects
• Review financials and collaborate with partners to ensure that financial controls and tracking are maintained
• Partner with multiple non-financial and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals and provide clear messaging on requests
• Support annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning process
• Complete project post assessments (i.e. hind sights) to ensure the achievement of stated financial and non-financial objectives of the business case were met
• Perform ad hoc and special project analysis as directed

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting preferred
• Three to five years of experience in financial reporting or analysis role
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced PC skills including Excel and Power Point
