Sr Financial Analyst, CCS​/Digital Operations

Your Role

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and actualization of Customer Care Services financials (contacts, sales, and expenses) as well as for supporting broader Digital Operations. This role will work closely with CCS and Digital Operational partners and will support and lead analysis around financial performance reviews, business cases, and labor planning initiatives.

• Own Customer Care Center financials/P&L and lead the weekly/monthly reporting of key operational metrics and financial performance
• Prepare variance and long-term trend analyses to identify opportunities and provide fact-based recommendations
• Develop financial models and reports that are dynamic and accurate while clearly presenting key assumptions and findings to executive leadership
• Display strong communication skills and high levels of agility, with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Interact confidently with peers, business partners, and leaders, including being comfortable influencing others and leading discussions/presentations
• Develop strong cross functional partnerships and provide excellent customer service
• Leverage analytical skills to develop business insights; identify and independently solve business problems

Minimum Salary: $84,200.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• 3-5 years of financial experience
• Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing environment a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think analytically and creatively while working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
• Ability to work with various levels of management throughout the organization
• Advanced PC skills including Excel, Access and Power Point
