• Deliberate presence on the distribution floor to build operational awareness and associate relationships.
• Recognizes associates’ direct feedback and engages in recognition programs.
• Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning and performance.

• Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remaining agile to adapt to change.
• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system and associated outputs; handles related issues.
• Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes / issues.
• Identifies opportunities for innovation.

• Devotes focused time and energy to establishing and maintaining relationships with associates.
• Enables an energizing and fun culture by showing appreciation, recognition, and positive reinforcement.

Minimum Salary: $66,200.00

Maximum Salary: $86,835.00

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of work, school, or community leadership.
• Experience leading non‑exempt associates.
