As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our facility safe, clean, and compliant. You will perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sanitation tasks to support food safety, production efficiency, and a clean work environment.

• Stock hand soap, paper towels, PPE, and sanitation supplies.
• Empty trash cans and maintain handwashing stations.
• Clean and scrub hand wash sinks, restrooms, and breakroom areas.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, drains, and designated rooms.
• Clean glass windows, doors, and office/breakroom areas.
• Refill and maintain sanitation tanks and foot foamers.

• Clean rafters, pipes, walls, and white lines in production and warehouse areas.
• Clean breakroom refrigerators and conference rooms.
• Sweep and sanitize warehouse spaces.
• Remove cobwebs and dust from rafters and corners.

Deep clean peeler room and raw sort room pipes, walls, and lights.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights, if needed.

This position is located in a food manufacturing plant and may involve exposure to loud noise, hot or humid conditions, wet floors, and large machinery. Applicants should be prepared to work in these conditions on a regular basis.
