Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Trainer to work in our Rexburg Administration Office. This position will work 40 hours, Monday‑Friday, and Saturdays when necessary. The expected pay is $21.97 per hour, DOE. The trainer will help to improve overall employee effectiveness/performance through the application of individual and group training techniques and programs, consistent with the Credit Union's organizational priorities.

• Assists in implementation and development of trainings (company-wide, position specific, virtual courses).
• Assists with new employee orientation sessions and on‑the‑job teller & MSR training, including use of computers and software. Conducts remedial and follow up training.
• Oversees and manages departmental and organizational training and development strategies projects and programs.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the current training.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

• One to three years years of similar or related experience.
• High school education; a two-year degree or formal training preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills as work will involve motivating or influencing employees.
• Knowledge of presentation software, 10‑key, and internal programs such as our data processor, the cross‑servicing system, and policy software.

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6‑8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.

Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate‑controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
