This is a part-time on-site role located in Rexburg, , for a Customer Service and Fulfillment Representative. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and responding effectively to inquiries. Additional tasks include assisting with fulfillment activities such as processing orders, packaging, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing customer inquiries effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate with a team
• Previous experience in order fulfillment and shipping is a plus, but not necessary
