Supply Cover Supervisor - Retford

Contract:

Temporary, flexible ongoing supply

Pay: £100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

Start Date:

ASAP or from a start date that suits you

• Supervise whole classes using pre-prepared lesson materials
• Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged throughout the lesson
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide support and guidance to pupils where appropriate
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and senior leaders
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

• A degree or equivalent qualification (essential)
• Confident classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with secondary-aged pupils
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
