Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and manage the flow of traffic on the construction site, ensuring the safety of workers, visitors, and the general public.

* Control access to designated areas and enforce site-specific traffic management plans.

* Assist in the coordination of vehicle movements, including deliveries, collections, and site machinery.

* Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel to ensure a safe working environment.

* Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Report any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Traffic Marshal card or CPCS Vehicle Marshal card is essential.

* Proven experience as a Traffic Marshal or Vehicle Marshal in a construction or similar environment.

* Sound understanding of traffic management regulations and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
