Job Description

• Participate in agile software development across the OMS platform, optimizing agile processes and delivery.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Support and troubleshoot UNIX-based middleware environments, including performance tuning, scalability, and alert-based issue resolution.
• Monitor systems, perform log analysis and root cause analysis, and implement configuration or script changes to resolve complex issues.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and uphold engineering design and quality standards.
