Sr Java Tech lead

Job Description

Sr. Java Tech Lead/Developer (75% hands‑on, 25% leading/design). 10 Years experience.

• 10 years of hands‑on Java development experience, with strong knowledge of application design patterns.
• Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, No
  
  SQL – e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and Git‑based workflows.
• Knowledge of message brokers and event‑driven architecture (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
• Ability to lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews.
• Experience working in Agile teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• React or any UI development experience is PLUS.
