As a Security Officer - Unarmed, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, taking appropriate actions as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as required.
• Document observations and incidents accurately in daily activity reports and/or incident logs.
• Support emergency response activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Handcuff, pepper spray, and/or baton experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
