Provide excellent customer service, create engaging shopping experiences, and maintain vibrant displays.

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service.
• Ask open‑ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Support visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a sharp, tidy, and inviting store presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship‑to‑home, etc.
• Utilize training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper re Source, Inside
  
  PS) to continuously educate yourself on products and services.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards and completing inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, requiring physical activity (standing, bending, lifting, climbing).
