Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Description Ted's Bulletin is well-known for Ted's tarts, boozy milkshakes and all-day breakfasts, but we are much more than that. We run a scratch kitchen using fresh ingredients prepared onsite, offering a carefully curated menu of craveable American cuisine. We have recently introduced lighter fare while retaining the classic items our regulars love. We have exciting plans for continued brand development from a culinary perspective and beyond.

Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Server. You will have at least a year's experience executing under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment. You will build rapport with guests, drive sales, and provide an exceptional hospitality experience.

Qualifications Ideally you have at least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment. Previous server experience is even better.

Additional Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
• Be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
• Work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
• Be or be able to be certified in responsible alcohol service as required by state or local law
• Have high energy and stamina, and communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
