Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale, and provide feedback and coaching. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring high‑quality food, beverages, and a safe, clean environment.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver great guest experience.
• Set team morale and tone, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Open and close the store independently.
• Maintain quality of food, beverages, and store environment.
