Mix of RN, Surgical Tech
o Day Shift – Scrub and Circulator for 18 rooms;
Charge RN;
Service Line Experts/Support; OR Support Technicians
o Night Shift – Scrub and Circulator – trauma team; additional on-call teams

· EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Level 2 trauma experience;
Experience across various surgical specialties including orthopedics (general, total joint, and spine), neuro, general/GYN/urology (including DaVinci), vascular, and thoracic.
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Level 2 or greater trauma experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Expert spine and ortho skills
·
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Spinal fusion, total joint replacements, ortho trauma
· DaVinci Robot procedures (prostatectomy, colectomy, gastric bypass, etc.)

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· BLS;
Certifications specific to role and aligned with state and federal regulations (e.g. CST, license, etc.)
