The RoleThe Fuse Fundraising Group’s Account Manager plays a key , proactive role in driving direct response fundraising and advocacy strategy frominceptionthrough to completion for several clients.
The Account Manager must effectively collaborate with Fuse colleagues, our clients, and our creative and production partners, to ensure the on-time execution of multiple concurrent projects.
This role requires a curious, self-starting individual with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and support the strategic efforts of their team. Key skills include a meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, adherence to schedules and deadlines and the coordination and execution of the client’s fundraising campaign creative.
Experience and Capabilities:- Excellent organizational and project/time management skills – must be able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities

- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Editing
Specifically:
- Facilitates management of Design & Copy development for clients fundraising efforts:
Works with senior team member to select partners, coordinates creative and copy kick-off meetings, coordinates execution of copy and design work (schedule and timing, confirms and approves pricing, provides necessary background materials to designer and copywriter in advance of kick-off, builds creative specs for designer) - Routing of copy and creative:
Track receipt of materials, review copy for client-specific requirements, spelling/grammar, and submit to senior team member for review, works with all stakeholders (internal, partners and clients) to develop final creative - Production Coordination:
Creation of production specs, validation of campaign budget against annual budgeted costs, release of artwork - Coordination of approvals:
Proofs, postage request and tracking, laser signoffs, insert signoffs, scanline approvals, live signoffs - Data and coding related to campaign execution:
Counts and dumps, source coding - Management of campaign closure tasks:
Source code documentation for reporting, review and confirm final package costs, update strategy with post-mortem notes to reflect any changes or updates, management of billing and invoices - Assists with meeting preparation as needed:
Coordinates ongoing client status calls with goal to manage agenda
