- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, partner marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans or content strategies.
- Experience in designing and managing awards or recognition programs for partners or similar communities.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, Google Workspace, and the broader cloud business and channel ecosystem.
- Strong content and storytelling skillset, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

As a Marketing Manager, Global Partner Experiences, you will drive marketing strategy and execution focused on our global partner ecosystem. The US base salary range for this full-time position isosterone $137,000–$201,000 plus bonus plus equity plus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Lead partner experiences, including Partner Summit at Google Cloud Next, regional Partner Connect moments, and other ancillary programming. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of key moments, leading large cross-functional working groups.
- Manage global partner awards and recognition programs to celebrate partner achievements, incentivize performance, and strengthen partner loyalty and advocacy.
- Use data to draw insights, identify business gaps, and propose action plans to optimize partner engagement, program effectiveness, and achieve measurable targets for mindshare and pipeline.
- Manage program timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of all partner communications, social, and recognition initiatives.
