The Digital Supply Chain Specialist provides consultation and expert advice and participates in planning, developing, and implementing solutions to meet project supply chain automation requirements. Provides Digital Supply Chain System technical and administrative support, as well as implements, operates, and assists business unit office and project users in utilizing the supply chain system application suite and associated systems. Participates in system administration including, but not limited to, project system set up and configuration, user training, systems data reporting, and integration support of external data.

Proactively monitors user operations, analyzes and resolves operational workflow and/or data problems. Provides training and advice to users on correct usage of applications and associated workflows.

Supervision Received:

• Reports to and receives operational and functional supervision and direction from the Digital Supply Chain System Implementation Manager and locally the Procurement Manager.
• Coordinates support and technical issues with the Lead Digital Supply Chain Specialist or Digital Supply Chain System Implementation Manager, and where necessary with the Corporate Supply Chains Systems group.

• Participates with designated project implementation teams and personnel to determine and develop project automation requirements and objectives. This includes providing advice, guidance, and recommendations.
• Configures Supply Chain Systems software components, performs testing, and provides ongoing technical support.
• Supports business unit and project personnel in the use of Supply Chain Systems applications, including any requirements involving set up and training.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves problems relating to hardware, software, or network related error.
• Maintains continuous contact application’s user community and with other team members using similar applications and processes to facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of best‑practices and lessons learned.
