The Program Manager will serve as the primary leader responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a classified program, ensuring all technical, schedule, cost, and security objectives are met. The Program Manager oversees cross-functional teams, manages program scope and milestones, and ensures alignment with customer requirements and mission objectives. This role requires strong leadership, effective coordination across engineering and operational disciplines, and the ability to manage complex activities in a highly secure, fast-paced environment.

"Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients in the workplace, subject to business needs. This role is designated as fully on-site and requires physical presence in the workplace five (5) days per week."

• At least ten (10) years of experience in Complex Large-scale (greater than 100M TCV) program management.
• Experience overseeing a staff of diverse disciplines.
• Experience in the complete engineering project development life cycle.
• Experience and expertise in the management of schedules, resources, and control of funds.
• Must have a PMP Certificate.
• At least ten (10) years in developing innovative, complex, technical solutions.
• Must have TS/SCI W/FSP on Day 1.
