Lead the Global Workforce Services strategy and governance for craft professional training and development. Define enterprise standards, manage compliance frameworks, and ensure consistent delivery of training and competency programmes across all regions. Drive audit processes, KPI reporting, and strategic alignment with organisational goals.
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership" #LI-TH1
Major Responsibilities:- Set global workforce development strategy mapped to Workforce Services pillars.
- Define minimum programme standards and management instructions.
- Develop and deploy audit and compliance programmes.
- Coordinate with enterprise systems for accurate competency records.
- Establish KPIs and reporting for programme success.
- Develop and deploy the standardization of craft professional skills training globally
- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
Skills:
- Skilled in people management
- Knowledge in tracking software
- Awareness of Craft skill types e.g. what a pipefitter does
- Experience in managing multiple direct reports
- Experience in managing people in offsite location
- Wider program development and implementation
