General Manager – D1 Training

Key Skills & Leadership Requirements
  • Sales:
    Close 50%+ of leads on day one
  • Leadership:
    First‑in, last‑out leader who holds weekly staff meetings, 1‑on‑1s and drives business growth
  • Finance:
    Manage facility P&L and monthly budget reviews line‑by‑line
  • Gym & retail operations knowledge
  • Positive, energetic, “can‑do” attitude
GM Expectations
  • Facilitate team meetings covering key data points and move the needle forward
  • Accountable to an annual budget with detailed revenue & cost categories
  • Provide world‑class experience to all members, staff and visitors
Responsibilities
  • Serve as key point of contact for members – front‑desk sales, information and customer experience
  • Assisting with member progress check‑ins and new membership setup in POS system
  • Collect and process payments, manage all sales, and assist with special events
  • Lead staff meetings each week and hold staff accountable
  • Participate in monthly ownership financial reviews and strategic meetings
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree
  • 3+ years of management experience in a gym or retail environment
  • Excellent sales and customer experience skills
  • Strong leadership – first one in, last one out
  • Positive, energetic, “can‑do” attitude
Compensation

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (plus benefits and bonus).
