• Build a multi‑year pipeline of opportunities across the portfolio with clear capture plans and activities to expand our footprint in financial agencies.
• Manage all aspects of multiple program performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
• Oversee planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross margin achievement.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted partner, advising customers on strategic vision, direction, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure project activities are compliant, completed on time, and within budget within a highly complex environment.

• Demonstrated experience in program management leadership for multiple simultaneous federal government contracts.
• Proven experience growing and delivering an account at Treasury (OCIO, Bureau of Fiscal Service, OCC, Fin Cen, Mint) and strong working relationships at other financial agencies.
• Experience cultivating external partnerships and relationships across the federal government and industry.
• Solid experience in proposal writing and/or other aspects of business development.
• Experience in executive‑level briefings and/or oral presentations.
• Experience supporting a BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) and related task orders.

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required (no exceptions).
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Estimated range: $180,000 – $210,000 (subject to facts and circumstances).
