Corporate Paralegal

Overview

LHH Recruitment in partnership with a company in Reston, VA is seeking a part-time Corporate Paralegal. This role is hybrid with 1-2 days onsite with flexible hours. It is a 20-25 hour commitment.

This role is for a Legal Talent Attraction Specialist recruiting top legal talent in the New York, New Jersey, Boston, DC and Philly areas.

• Draft and review various contracts
• Assist with managing the CLM management system
• Assist with foundational IP support
• Draft cease and desist letters
• Assist the legal team with administrative duties as needed
• Any other duties required of the role

• Ability to work onsite at least 1-2 days a week in Reston, VA
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
• College degree is preferred, HS diploma is required
• Experience with contract review and strong drafting experience
