Represent lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions.

• 1 to 5 years of experience in representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions.
• Working knowledge of secured lending transactions.
• Experience in closing transactions.
• Familiarity with drafting documents and issue lists in connection with the same.
• Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), debt securities offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes), and general corporate law.
• JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school with strong academic achievement.
• Training and development experience at a large law firm.
• Ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail in work produced.

Expected annual pay range: $225,000–$365,000. Final offer will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset.
