Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney: 3rd-7th year

Job Overview

Cooley LLP has opportunities available for attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing the deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day‑to‑day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.

A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000. Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skill set of the candidate.
