LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent company in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Operations Manager. This role is on site Tuesday-Thursday and it is a full time, permanent position.

• Lead and mentor 15 other staff professionals, handle evaluations and compensation benchmarks
• Assist with file management and oversee docketing process
• Assist with departmental budgeting
• Any and all additional duties required of the role

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 6–10+ years paralegal experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Proven experience managing multi-office teams and operational systems.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and legal tech expertise.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
