Specialized Knowledge & Skills
- Experience:
8–10 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or product aligned delivery roles - Advanced experience performing data analysis across the product or application lifecycle within financial services or banking; mortgage industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in SQL; development experience with Tableau;
Python development experience is a plus - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands on experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence);
Product Owner experience preferred - Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
